Welcome to Akki Shop! Before purchasing, please read our store's general terms and conditions. Your order automatically indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

⚠️ Support
Support is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Moscow time).

You can contact us via chat on the website or Telegram.

If we are offline, please contact us in one place; do not make duplicate inquiries.

✅ Warranty
The standard warranty period is 30 minutes after purchase.

For certain products:
• VK — 10 minutes
• Specific terms and conditions are specified in the product description

The warranty applies only to account logins using your username and password, unless otherwise stated.

❗ Exceptions and additional conditions are specified in paragraphs 5.1, 8, and 9.

⚠️ Returns and Replacements
Replacements/refunds are possible in 99.99% of cases, with video confirmation (see paragraph 3.1 and the video FAQ).

The video must be recorded before payment, from the moment of purchase to the moment the item is delivered. This speeds up the replacement process.

If more than 30 minutes have passed, the chances of a replacement are lower, but we will still try to help.

⚠️ Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the item cannot be replaced.

Payment system fees >1% are borne by the buyer.

Refunds are made to the same payment details used for payment.

Withdrawals from the balance are not possible; refunds are issued upon reaching the minimum system limit.

⚠️ Buyer's Responsibility
By using the store, you confirm that you know how to use the purchased item.

We do not provide account management training and are not a provider of account management.

Check the item immediately after purchase, before changing your account information.

Changing account information (login/password/email) is only permitted immediately after purchase.
• Exception: items listed in paragraph 9.1 (real accounts, VPNs, etc.)

⛔ What is prohibited:
Using a VPN—only a proxy based on the account's geolocation.

Spamming and flooding customer support.

Using accounts that have been replaced or returned.

Submitting a request without order information.

Changing account information after an extended period of time.

Purchasing and claiming warranty coverage without first clarifying the terms.

ℹ️ Other
The warranty expires if the supplier terminates the partnership.

The store does not compensate for additional charges. Services (services, subscriptions, etc.).

Payment through third parties or bots is at your own risk.
